Although the instruction said choose com port 1 I had only one option of com port 3 and it is working.
Operation system is windows 10 and had no problems, just followed the instructions.
I installed it on a Lenovo T430 with intel core i5 processor and 12 GB of DDR3 memory. It took about 90 minutes to install, It included multiple restarts and due to windows updates making the machine slower. As some one who have installed INPA, EDIBAS and DIS on a windows xp 5 years ago using a very complicated and confusing method that took me nearly 1 week of hard work to do it, I can certify that this is very easy to install.
